Depending on your choice of Shipping Method most orders will ship 1-3 days from the day you order. orders placed Wednesday after 4pm may not ship until the following Monday depending on chosen shipping method.

Joe's Frogs Dry Good Shipping & Return Policy
Dry Goods Orders ship Monday-Friday. Any free shipping item can be shipped at Joe's Frogs method of choice. Free Shipping is only available to the lower 48 States. Alaska & Hawaii will be charged shipping according to weight. Saturday delivery is available on all Fedex Express orders upon request and an additional $15.00 will be added to added to the shipping price. To request a Saturday delivery please Email support@joesfrogs.com or call 1-888-534-FROG (3764) within one hour from placing your order. If you received the wrong item or broken items you must email photos with the packing slip to support@joesfrogs.com and someone will assist you with the exchange. Joe's Frogs will accept returns on unused/unopened products. As soon as we receive and process the returned merchandise you will receive a refund. Joe's Frogs will not cover the original shipping cost or the cost to return the item. Joe's Frogs will not refund for delays from the carrier as it is not in our control. |
