Joe's Frogs Live Animal Guarantee 

 

 Joe's Frogs Live Animal shipments are shipped via Fedex Priority Overnight. Joe's Frogs guarantees live arrival of all animals shipped as long as:

  • Package is delivered on first attempt, Not left on doorstep. If Package is held at FedEx hub for pick up it must be picked up by noon on the date of delivery. 

Joe's Frogs live Arrival Guarantee is VOID if:

  • Temperatures drop below 35 degrees F at anytime during shipment. Joe's Frogs does not recommend shipping live animals or insects in weather below 35F. PLEASE CHECK FORECAST PRIOR TO PLACING ORDER.  JOES'S FROGS ARE PRO SHIPPERS AND RARELY EXPERIANCE DOA'S BUT WE WILL NOT BE REPOSIBLE IF THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO ORDER DURING HARSH TIMES.      

 Claims on Live Animals

 If you receive a deceased animal or an animal is in bad shape you can follow these instructions to file your claim:

  • Notify Joe's Frogs on the condition of the Animal within 1 hour of delivery via phone at 1-888-534-FROG (3764) or Email support@joesfrogs.com. 
  • You must email pictures by 4pm of same day.

 

Joe's Frogs Live Insect Guarantee 

 

 Joe's Frogs Live Insect Guarantee applies to all insect orders shipped Fedex Express methods only. This includes:

Fedex Priority Overnight

Fedex Standard Overnight

Fedex 2 Day 

INSECT HAVE NO GUARANTEE UNLESS SHIPPED WITH AN EXPRESS METHOD. NO EXCEPTIONS 

 If the shipping method at checkout chosen is USPS PRIORITY MAIL OR ANY FEDEX OR UPS GROUND SHIPPING METHODS then Joe's Frogs Live Insect Guarantee WILL NOT BE APPLIED. 

 

 Joe's Frogs live Arrival Guarantee is VOID if:

  • The low temperatures drop below 35 degrees F or are 90 degrees F and above at anytime during shipment. Joe's Frogs does not recommend shipping live animals or insects in weather below 35F or over 90F. PLEASE CHECK FORECAST PRIOR TO PLACING ORDER.  JOES'S FROGS ARE PRO SHIPPERS AND RARELY EXPERIENCE DOA'S BUT WE WILL NOT BE REPOSIBLE IF THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES TO ORDER REGULAR SHIPPING DURING HARSH TEMPATURES.

 

 Claims on Live Insects

 If you chose to ship with an express method and still receive deceased Insects or insects are in bad shape you can follow these instructions to file your claim:

  • Notify Joe's Frogs on the condition of the Animal within 12 hours of delivery via phone at 1-888-534-FROG (3764) or Email support@joesfrogs.com.
  •  You must email pictures to support@joesfrogs.com by 4pm of the same day.

Joe's Frogs live Arrival Guarantee is VOID if the requirements are not met.

 

 Joe's Frogs Live Plant Guarantee 

 

 Joe's Frogs will not process claims for plants that have minor damage. If you receive a dead or heavily damaged plant please follow these instructions to file your claim:

  • Notify Joe's Frogs on the condition of the Plant within 12 hour of delivery via phone at 1-888-534-FROG (3764) or Email support@joesfrogs.com. 

  • You must email pictures within 12 hours of delivery.
